Sonya Meador is an awesome agent. She worked with us until we found the perfect house for us. She made trips to our house late in the evening after we got off work, to bring paperwork and answer all our questions. She made a trip to our new address on the day of closing to make sure the storm the night before had not done any significant damage to the property. And, because of the storm the electricity was out at the title company in Dallas where we were suppose to sign and she made numerous calls making arrangements for us to sign. She also has been there to answer several questions we have following closing. Oh, and the day we went to assess storm damage,e she helped us pick up brush and tree limbs that had been blown down. She also personally drove me to the local hardware store to purchase door knobs to change out our front door. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to find the perfect home.
